<pre>The behaviour occurs with bibliographies, too.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a heading of level 1.
2. Create a bibliography entry. Create it via the Insert menu > Table of
Contents > Bibliography Entry > „From document content“ > „New“ > … > „Insert“.
3. Create a bibliography on the last page of the document.
4. Create a TOC on the second page of the document.
The 2nd attached .odt file shows the behaviour relating to bibliographies.</pre>
