Done. Which I did in my test before, by the way.

There is no style called "Figure Index 1" or "Figure Index Heading" in the
Styles list (by right-clicking the TOC, then "Styles").
It does not work. Note that I am using Linux Debian 9.6 ("Stretch").</pre>
