If help is not sufficient, that's Documentation bug than. If ToF and others can be included in ToC, that's not "normal" bug as confirmed. Maybe enhancement to have them included by default. I'm not sure I'd support it personally. Because you may put them in different levels. And using Additional Styles gives you hint on that. When you reported bug, we don't know whether you're familiar with Additional Styles and whether you tried it and what's your experience. Please explain.
