<pre>I removed all extra fonts (besides the Win7 default ones) and rebooted. Same
slow opening dialogs.
It happens with both new documents or old ones.
Tried opening Libreoffice by RunAsAdmin - same behavior...
Looks like a caching problem with Win7 (tried Libreoffice in Win10 under
virtualization with Virtualbox and Libre works fine there)</pre>
