The page looks OK for me, at least now. Can you possibly try again?
Alternatively, you can also use the daily builds provided at
<a href="https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/">https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/</a> .

OpenSUSE does not package them or you need to install additional packages to
