<pre>Hello. I have "fresh" Windows 10 LTSB x64, LO 6.2.0.2 x64. And I have the
following problem.

I tried to reinstall 6.0.7 x64, 6.1.4 x86, 6.1.4 x64. All the same.
May be it isn't a bug. And I juct have to ~reinstall Windows. But what if not.</pre>
