<pre>Hmm - the step that says "connect to a printer that supports Tabloid size" - is
that necessary ? or can this be reproduced when exporting to PDF ? - knowing
that would help to isolate where the issue is: ie. our built-in paper sizes, or
what Windows is reporting for its printer / paper sizes.</pre>
