I could not reproduce this bug on LibreOffice 6.2.0.3 (latest version as of 15
February 2019). However I don't think that Windows shut down properly - I
didn't asked it for that! Also this bug also *affected* all installed programs'
preferences. Do you think is that a Windows bug instead of a LibreOffice one?
