Sadly, that's part of the problem... I also have hard time reproducing it.. but seen all the bug floating around with 'missing images, again'.... so everybody has hard time proving the problem.. Anyway.. there a some criteria to improve the reproducibility - x32 build -> it behaves like out of memory bug (except the regular crashing part). - Debug build -> I reproduced it the first time with a debug build. So or something OOM related or timing problem cleanup of memory before 'securing' the image...
