<pre>Having same problem in windows 10 Version 1809 build 17763.316.
Links to external spreadsheets works fine in LO 6.0.7.3, but fails after update
to LO 6.1.5, also tried LO 6.2.0 which fails. Gone back to 6.0.7.3 to be able
to work.</pre>
