Couldn't you change the order by the buttons? Note <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW - EDITING: UI - Incorrect buttons displayed during table data import (breeze)" href="show_bug.cgi?id=119693">bug 119693</a> for the wrong display in the button. The upper buttons on the left will switch the marked fields of the left up.
