Just to be sure, did you download LO from official website

Also, here are some actions to try:
- remove any LO version
- clean remnant directories (temp dirs)
- rename or remove your LO profile (see
<a href="https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows">https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows</a>)
- launch MS tool
- search for "LibreOffice" in Windows registry to see if there are some
remnants in order to delete them
- clean Windows registry with a tool like ccleaner ou glary utilities
- reboot and try again an install
If it doesn't work, I must recognize I could only advise a complete Windows
reinstall since perhaps cloning has some cons. But I know it's tedious and I'm
not even sure about the result.</pre>
