<pre>When in the manage window for conditional format delete all, what you must do
one by one, it's quicker using the shortcut for Remove [Alt+R] (English).
And in a new spreadsheet there are not conditional formats by default, go to
the manage window for CF and you see it is blank.
Please take a look to the help and guide about conditional format.
