If, for example, you have had extensions in the past which did require Java,
e.g. NLP, or LT language tool, these have a tendency to reside in your user
profile even if you have removed them from the extension manager.

Further more, if you are activating anything related to databases when you
start up LO, then such a message is also possible.</pre>
