We use Windows and try to use LibreOffice instead of Microsoft Office. Many people in Latin America do this in schools, colleges, universities, small businesses, community organizations, some government entities, internet rooms and some small banks. Today, using Windows and LibreOffice Writer 6.2.2.2 in Spanish, I see the User Interface (UI) with tabs according to the image attached here.
