Open this simple HTML in Libreoffice:

List Item 1

Ordered list 1

Ordered list 2

List Item 2

This should be

unordered list

with bullets!

Actual result:
1. List Item 1
1. Ordered list 1
2. Ordered list 2
2. List Item 2
1. This should be
2. unordered list
3. with bullets!
Expected result:
1. List Item 1
1. Ordered list 1
2. Ordered list 2
2. List Item 2
◦ This should be
◦ unordered list
◦ with bullets!
It does not work the other way around as well, when the first list is
and
second is
, the second becomes unordered as well.
