        <pre>Description:
When trying to print a selected cell range, it is cut off at page boundaries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a cell range that contains a page break (so that the range begins
above a page break, and ends below the page break)
2. Go to File\Print...\General
3. Set "Range and Copies" to "Selected cells"
4. Print

Actual Results:
Only the part of the selected cell range before the page break is printed,
anything behind the page break is omitted. This happens even although the
selected cell range would easily fit onto a page.

Expected Results:
The entire selected cell range should be printed. If it fits onto a single
page, then the "usual" page breaks should be ignored. If it doesn't, page
breaks should be applied as required.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
