After opening 2 separate "Cell Style Modify" windows, I can only "work" on the
last opened window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open two files
In-order, for both files:
2. Open Styles and Formatting
3. Select a style
4. Right-click > Modify ...
Actual Results:
I can work on both "Cell Style" windows.
Expected Results:
I can only work on the last "Cell Style" window.
(Note that, after opening the first one, it doesn't "somehow" disable editing
the second file - which is correct)
Reproducible: Always
