        <pre>Tested with Ubuntu 18.04.1 and LO 6.2.2

First - the column in the example database does not have the full alias name
for the column in the grid control definition, which is why the data is not
retrieved. I believe this was a bug in the form wizard back with the older
version.

Using 6.2.2 I first checked that fixing the column name in the existing form
did indeed fix the data problem. It did.

Next I used 6.2.2 to create a new form, using the form wizard, based on the
query and the resulting form worked as expected.

Changing this to status 'Works For Me'.</pre>
