<pre>SheetCommentMenu has the same items than in writer. In writer Comments submenu
is in Edit next to Track Changes.
As Calc has a separte SheetMenu (which has a lot of items) it is now in
SheetMenu but I would move it to EditMenu cause it's there in writer and there
is no specific calc case for it.
