Like in <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED FIXED - Crash when tunneled dialog is open and document is closed"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=122544">bug #122544</a>, it is hard to fix the actual problem, so I would much
prefer to just prevent the bug from occurring instead. Also, the "Close
document" menu entry is superfluous when there is the big button on the toolbar
to close the document.</pre>
