Minimal patch to restore functionality
This appears to be the simplest patch. If the locale provides a decimal group
separator, use the new KParseTokens::GROUP_SEPARATOR_IN_NUMBER to indicate this
so that it doesn't get zeroed out.
The patch was made against 6.2.3.1 sources.</pre>
