Hi, yes, lock files are created on NAS but I also had this effect with lokally
stored files. I'm sorry to not find a case to reproduce it on purpose, it seems
to be related to nothing.
One thing I realised:
When I work in "safte mode" I get a green status bar on the bottom when I use a
file with external references and click on refresh. I NEVER get this bar when
not in safe mode. I resettet the user profile several times...maybe this is a
hint.
As I said, when the quickstarter is active and the "file does not open" problem
occures, the whole programm doe not respond with any dialog anymore until I
shutdown the quick starter, then all before clicked files open up...
I'll try a complete de-install, is there a cleab-up tool for all left-over
files and registry entries?
