        <pre>Description:
After you copy the sheet, the "Sheet name" field in header/footer will still
show the original sheet name, not the copied one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure a field "Sheet Name" is used in the current sheet's footer or
header. The default sheet uses the field in its header.
2. Copy the sheet.
3. Export the new list to PDF.

Actual Results:
You'll see the name of the 1st original sheet (by default it is "Sheet1") in
the PDF.

Expected Results:
You should see the name of the 2nd sheet - the copy of the 1st original sheet
(by default it would be "Sheet1_2") in the PDF.

Reproducible: Always
