<pre>LibreOffice cannot do anything like continuous breaks, so any document using
them instead of section page breaks will have terrible compatibility.
Marking as duplicate since it deals with the same thing - import and export are
irrelevant.
This document very clearly should have a section page-break instead of a
section - continuous break at the bottom of the first page.
