<pre>Roman, the export parameters are in the ZIP attached to this issue. I've tried
using Adobe Reader and Google Chrome embeded PDF viewer. BTW, I have noticed
that it even doesn't work in LibreOffice Writer either. If I hover the link in
the first page (while pressing the control key), a hand cursor appears as
expected. But if I do the same in the other pages, the hand does not appear so
it means that Writer is not replicating the links in other pages.</pre>
