I am generating docx file from ms-office and trying to convert into pdf
from libreoffice method on linux server.
But it is not maintaining TOC link in pdf. It is properly work if we are
creating docx file from libreoffice.
I have added 'toc'=>true in conversion plugins.
I am using following configration:-
LibreOffice 6.1.3.2 10(Build:2)

Actual Results:
pdf is genearted without TOC link , Link is not working
Expected Results:
TOC link should work same as docx file
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I have not added macro in libreoffice , can you please confirm that it is
required.</pre>
