Could anyone check me back, whether under KDE don't appear Old Hungarian
letters during typing, just make tofus?
There is an useable font:

Old Hungarian layout defined in xkeyboard-config 2.22, within the extras.

There is a document, which describe Old Hungarian script (U10c80-U10cff) is an
RTL script:
