<pre>I disagree with an idea to make LO be UI-incompatible *by default* on different
platforms; so that a user starting to learn LO on Windows would become chocked
when opened LO on Linux; and couldn't operate it, unless customizes it for
familiar appearance. Making tabbed interface more prominent (using the newly
added "feature" of tips; or some prominent button on toolbar, etc) is one
thing; but inconsistency between versions for the sake of "consistency" with OS
is IMO really bad thing.</pre>
