I don't reproduce the crash if I use first elements of the list: None, 1, 2, 3, ... A, B, C, ... a, b, c, ... I, II, III, ... i, ii, iii, ... But if choosing other than these, it crashes (I tested some of them, not all). So I confirm there's a relation with RID_SVXITEMS_PAGE_NUMS (see <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=125104#c4">comment 4</a>).
