file with commented cell
0: Open comment.ods; double-click the comment (or hit ~C, altShiftC), delete
'Hello', hit Esc. Empty comment box remains.
1: Right-click cell A1: there is no 'Delete comment' option. How to
remove the empty box?
2: Double-click the box, enter a new comment, 'abc'; right-click cell
A1: there is still no 'Delete comment' option! Close the file and reopen it: no
more comment! And 'abc' is lost.
If you save the file at the end of step_0, it reopens without the
comment.
Conclusion: if comment becomes nil, it is deleted (naturally), but its
window should disappear immediately, so that user cannot make another one
(step_2) that will not even be saved.</pre>
