Description:
The "Help" buttons in tunneled dialogs don't work. Taping on them does not
result in any action, the button just becomes blue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a tunneled dialg in the iOS app, e.g. the "hyperlink"-dialog
2. Tap on "Help"

Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the button becomes blue.

Expected Results:
Not sure if pointing a browser to https://help.libreoffice.org is the expected
result - as far as I know, there is no help for "Online".

Maybe the "Help" buttons should just be removed in the "iOS" case?

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
There are multiple dialogs showing a "Help" button:
