When choosing "Button" as the "Form" setting of a hyperlink, the iOS App will
fall into a strange mode and then (most of the time) crashes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a document in the iOS app
2. Mark some text and open the hyperlink dialog
3. Enter an URL and choose "Button" in the "Form" setting
Actual Results:
The app acts strange and most of the time crashes after this.
Expected Results:
Either a push button should be drawn or the option should not exist (in the iOS
app).
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
