<pre>Ctrl+D already duplicates the cell from above (Fill Down), maybe it doesn't in
a localized French UI. Different shortcut maybe? Or simply omitted? Or maybe
Ctrl+D assigned to a different functionality in French UI?
For the reason mentioned, Ctrl+B being the shortcut for Bold, I'd not assign
that to Fill Left or Fill Right per default.</pre>
