        <pre>Description:
Calc and Excel both provide the ability to populate cell content.

However, on Excel, we have the ability to populate a cell form the one of the
above or the left/right using simple shortcuts like Ctrl+D or Ctrl+B.

On Calc, these shortcuts haven't been defined, and the end user has to map them
manually from the feature of LibreOffice dedicated to customize keyboard
shortcuts.

I answered to the end user who asked me this question that we can define these
shortcuts manually using the shortcut personalize.

<a href="https://twitter.com/LibreOfficeFR/status/1130575948804497410">https://twitter.com/LibreOfficeFR/status/1130575948804497410</a>

I know Ctrl+B could conflict with the shortcut to add bold weight to a font,
but these two shortcuts could be a welcome addition for advanced Excel users
migrating to Calc.

Steps to Reproduce:
* Put something in A2 and B1, go to B2
* Try to populate cell content with the content of an adjacent cell with either
Ctrl+D or Ctrl+B

Actual Results:
* Nothing happens since the keyboard shortcuts are not mapped

Expected Results:
* Cell populated with content

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
