Kubuntu 18.04, KDE Plasma version 5.12.7.
All LO components.
Underline of those letters of menu items which represent shortcut keys does not
show.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any LO component.
2.

Actual Results:
Neither the main menu titles nor the items in each menu show the shortcut key
by underline of the letter in question.
Expected Results:
For those menu functions which are actually executable by keystroke, the key in
question should be shown by underline.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
This bug is new in version 6.2.4.2. It makes no difference whether OpenGL is
enabled or not.</pre>
