It happened whilst returning from adding a formula to a ODT file, my 2 page
document now has 83 separate formula objects... it probably had only about 60
at the time.
I have not been able to work out a reproducible procedure yet as I only had 1
crash when creating this document.
It may have been due to the high-density of Formula objects and clicking out of
the editor onto something else, as after I clicked on somewhere else to
continue editing the program froze and then crashed.</pre>
