The breeze.so is the Qt style - that is independent from the icon set in use by
LO. You could check if setting an other style in KDE fixes the crash, but I
doubt it. Currently I suspect either a Qt or KDE bug or generally a memory
corruption.
Would be interesting to know if master also fails:
