there's no common interpretation of a LANGUAGE environment variable; LO doesn't
use it at all. (And no idea what "Manjaro Settings Manager" is.)
@jmux: I'd be happy to close this as WONTFIX, given my explanations at bug
125995 <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=125971#c1">comment 1</a>, unless you want to keep it open for some reason.</pre>
