When a hyperlink target is specified in the current document and is then
exported to PDF, the link incorrectly contains the path.

In other components:
The link correctly contains only the local bookmark

Steps to reproduce:
Create a new Draw document
Add at least one additional page
Add an object
Select the object and Insert -> Hyperlink
Select "Document" on the left
Click the button to the right of Target and select a page
Export as PDF

Sanity check:
Do the same in Writer but create a Heading 1 on page 2 for the target</pre>
