Description:
Until version 6.0 everything normal.
In version 6.1 the attributes of the file do not remain. For example. A user to
create a file, he owns it, there is a new command to open, modify and save
again. Version 6.0 its ok. In the version 6.1 the last one that was made to get
what.
I already tested with version 6.2 as well.
The problem of data exchange of the file continues.

Actual Results:
Create new file
Write any words
Save whith any file name
Close the file

Change the user
Open the same file
Writer any words
save
close the file

Expected Results:
the user who created the file should be the owner of the file, but the owner is
the last user to save the file

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
previous versions 6.0 is right

6.1 not right
