I'm fine with Andreas' proposal in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=126257#c11">comment 11</a>. To avoid two styles "Index
Heading" I propose to rename style in the filters dropdown to "alphabetical
index heading" or "keyword index heading". This would also makes the usecase
more clear.</pre>
