<pre>Description:
Footnote section moves up and down quickly and text selection only moves the
cursor.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a document with multiple images with wrapping turned off. Otherwise
standard text with no strange characters/fonts/anything. Create many footnotes
throughout the text with links. Some footnotes can take up two rows.
2. Click in one footnote
3. Press Enter to create a new line
4. Delete the new line
Actual Results:
Quick movement of footnote section up and down. Attempts to select text only
move the selection character. Restart of program is sometimes necessary for
symptoms to disappear.
Expected Results:
The new line should have disappeared and the program should have otherwise not
done anything of significance.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
