In Windows 10, there is a folder like
%APPDATA%LibreOffice\4\crash
and there are some dmp files.
and there is a file named "dump.ini"

In the ini file you can find where the crash reporter sends data to
<a href="https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/submit/">https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/submit/</a>

practically you use a text box labeled 'id search' at the top right side of
<a href="https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/">https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/</a>

there you input the part in the dmp filename before the extension</pre>
