<pre>I tried again with more patience, and after choosing tools-> options I didn't
click into the LibreOffice window:
LibreOffice doesn't freeze, but it took about 2 minutes until the options
window popped up.
So it seems (at least for version 6.2.5.2) that one just has to wait too long a
time until the options window is ready.</pre>
