<pre>I tried to take the original .ODT files and change the page-breaks into
"page-break-with-style" and the program failed to do that properly. So I'm not
going to bother looking into this further since the UI doesn't even work with
this document - perhaps because of all of the shapes.
I expect OP's problem to be related to next-style pointing to a different style
which has a much different header size, and the page-break just being a simple
one instead of being explicit about what page style should be applied.</pre>
