        <pre>Description:
"The automatic download of the update is currently not available" has been in
the update-checker for years. Users know that it has been there for years.
Users might think that there's no progress and might extrapolate it to the
whole of LibreOffice. It's bad UX.

Suggestion: Remove the Autoupdate (non-)functionality completely, or give a
vague timeline (i.e. "will be implemented in 2020").

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the update checker.

Actual Results:
"The automatic download of the update is currently not available" appears.

Expected Results:
A working auto-updater, an expected date when it will be implemented, or no
mention of it at all.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
