<pre>@Phil : the problem is caused by the LanguageTool extension, which is
independent of LibreOffice. This is a spell / grammatical error checker. It
requires Java to function.

However, it also requires a specific LO package to be installed as well :

<a href="https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/157525/installation-of-languagetool-in-ubuntu184-solved/">https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/157525/installation-of-languagetool-in-ubuntu184-solved/</a>

The name of the package, and how to install it from a terminal :

sudo apt-get install libreoffice-java-common

You should check that you are using the most current versions provided by your
distribution.

This is NOTOURBUG.</pre>
