Font features menu not showing default OpenType options that are enabled
Most OpenType fonts come with several OpenType features enabled by default,
like ligatures (liga), kerning (kern), etc. Some fonts even enable by default
non standard features: for instance, EBGaramond uses old style figures (onum)
by default.
None of the default options are shown as active when you go to character
formatting → Font tab → Font Features dialog, which can be misleading for
people not used to this technology.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, none of the several predefined
OpenType options of EBGaramond 12 (liga, onum, kern, clig) are shown as used
even if they are set as "on by default" for that font.
Hence, the enhancement request: show in the font feature dialog which of the
available options are active by default. This could also help users that, for
any reason, want to disable any default option for the font.</pre>
