Viewing the attached slide in Office 365 the text in the circular
element to the left is fully centered within the circle.
In LibreOffice 6.3 the lines of text are centered in that they look

and the alignment elements in the toolbar indicate "centered", alas
the text overall is not in the centered of the circular element.
Only when, despite being selected already, I again select "centered"
in the toolbar does LibreOffice render similarly to Office 365.</pre>
